I try keeping everyone happy and care for them all the time..but hmm..does the statement apply to me? Ponder and wonder. Unrelated to this, I'm in much confusion currently. The drama I put myself into. Bye bye Facebook again! Until I have cleared all these with myself, I'll definitely be back again. Give me a week of the holidays at least. Sometimes, sleeping all the time is the only way to escape what I'm going through. Different world, most importantly, different story. But you might wonder why Facebook? Cause that's where it all started? And maybe that's where it should stop either. Such a bummer! Such a drainer! Can already feel the lethargicness of getting over this. Wait for the moment =)

It's time for the holidays yet again..ZzZZz. Perfect timing but yet again, I'll have to bust more initiative in opening the textbook for revision and assignment. It's the time of the semester again, where you'll have cold feet thinking of the finals. I want to travel around! If it's Selangor then be it..I don't mind. Haha. Do not have company only that's why no plans. Grr! Shall let everything fall into place. Me signing out now. Adios!

Road trip Vacation

DAY 1 (July 1st, Friday) Bukit Bintang, KL
Was there since lunch and then went around Pavilion for the 1st time. We were on a 'mission' to get birthday cards, gift and cake ready for Mei Ping and Josh who will be celebrating their bday later this month. Never too early or too late for celebrations =) B4 that we had a really heavy dinner in Jalan Alor. Yumz!

DAY 2 (July 2nd, Saturday) KL - Tanjung Bunga, Penang
Hardly slept through the night. Day started with packing, shower, breakfast, left for Penang at 11.45 am. The journey was smooth until a 2 hour plus jam! Got to do with a lorry and who knows what else. By the time we reached was almost 8pm. Shower again, went out for dinner and clubbing! What happened in the club remains with ourselves. Nothing much but its the memory of a 1st timer okay.

DAY 3 (July 3rd, Sunday) Penang
So, by the time we were all set to go out, it was already 3pm! Thanks to the night before. Lol. Started our eating spree from mee goreng, to cendol, asam laksa. Stopped by at Kek Lok Si temple, continue eating; prawn mee and bak kut teh. Done eating for the day! At night we went to Batu Feringgi for the night market and the beach =) Call it a day.

DAY 3 (July 4th, Monday) Penang - Ipoh - Desaru, Johor

Left Penang at 6am, really sleepily. Slept throughout the whole journey to Ipoh for breakfast. Dim sum was quite good but too early for my appetite to start as it was only 8am. Reached Desaru at 7pm. Around the clock journey eh, caused butt aches. Dinner at Chinese restaurant and then played at the beach again. This time the waves and wind were much stronger. Nice!

Day 4 (July 5th, Tuesday) Desaru, Johor

Whole morning slept. Lunch at Sungai Renggit, delicious seafood like crabs, prawns, and fish. Got back to the room, changed to our swim wear, applied sunblock and yahoo! Time for water world, swimming pools and dipping in the sea. Dinner was also another awesome part, Korean food at a Korean house. Dont mind going back there again some other time. Lol.

Day 5 (July 6th, Wednesday) Desaru, Johor - Johor Bahru, Johor

Checkout at 11am I think. Reached JB within an hour and went for lunch with Mei Ping's parents as well. Duck rice with other side dishes ;) Checked in to Embassy service hotel and apartment and out again for ice kacang. Haha. After that was window shopping then dinner. Hanged out at Danga Bay where we took pics with the nice lighted ship as the background, rode a 6 pax bicycle, sat and drank fruit juice in the open fresh air. Back at the apartment, we played truth or dare. Slept at 6am or maybe dont call that sleeping at all.

Day 6 (July 7th, Thursday) Johor Bahru, Johor - Home, Shah Alam

Bye bye Johor! We were rushing to checkout by 12 cause everyone woke up at 11. Branch was also rushed off. All of us came as 7 people but went home as 4. Lol. The other 3 were Johor people thats why. Back to Selangor, there were 4 roadblocks. Due to the BERSIH thing? No thank you. Dinner at my place, ran a few errands in Klang and time to say goodbye to the other 3. What a vacation it has been =D Lets do it again some other time.

Family Bonding Weekend

Since my aunts from Kuantan and Penang are here to take care of granny, to pass time they decided to make the weekend a family occasion. Family partly completed. On Saturday it was popiah day! It took quite long to prepare the fillings. We had a variety of fillings like chili paste, shredded omelette, fried bean curd, and I dunno what else you call other ingredients in English. Haha! The fun is that you put whatever you want and as much of it as you like. When its time to wrap the popiah up, you'll see how big it gets! Does it look appetizing? =)

As on Sunday, uncle hand made pan mee. Knead the dough and cut it into noodles. It was okay. Lol.. Im being critical =/ Good effort!

Seriously, holidays hasnt been this good =D 1st day was yesterday. Was out to the bank, did my ATM card, then went to make a sunglass. Packed lunch and went home, Dad took half day's leave from work and took mum and I to 1 Utama. Haha.

Today was another busy day. Morning went to market with mummy. Got home and went out again to Empire to do some shopping alone, headed for lunch with Addy and Azim in AC. After that went home again..lol. Hand washed some clothes, went to pick my sunglasses and washed car when I got back. Ah.. at night went to the hospital in Klang to visit Grandma. Well this is saddening.. for the past few weeks, Grandma has been in and out of the hospital. Can all this end please! I'll pray for her while Im on my holidays.

Yes Im going for a retreat to Penang and Johor. Exciting! My journey starts tomorrow ;) But.. I have no idea of what to expect. I'll blog about it when I get back. Happy holidays to me!

Why does time fly so fast? Stupid question but I dont make much out of time. Okay let me recall what I did for the whole month. Or maybe I'm too stoned to even remember anything -.- Hmm I remember going out a few times for the whole day for assignments *sad*. I remember eating dinner with course mates once in a while. Most of all I remember much about yesterday! Lol..of course, because its just yesterday. =o Outing with Adeline, Adrianna and Thom-ass in Pyramid. Eat walk walk eat and eat. Lol.

To sum up the whole, it was definitely a memorable month =) With the end of May, comes June; exam hurdle @.@ More sleepless nights and who knows what. Not so free to think of other outcomes ;) As of the greatness of last month, Im expecting more from June! We shall see soon..WooHoo!

All these while, all thoughts on ass, ass, assignment la! I'll set that aside from this post and move on to the better events. As we all know, Azim is back from Canada (for a few months) and yeah..my story starts from 14th of May. Reunion with CPU peeps! And what do you know, another surprise I had! Adrianna my dear, you're also back!! and you totally made me emotional but that's cool. The great fact is that you're here. Lol. Dinner with the new 'Canadians' at BBQ Plaza and mamak. Lolz.

On the 16th- You know, my birthday =P Had a really good time and all. Im serious though. Never had a celebration quite like this (In the class, during lunch and dinner, after dinner). Oh! All the presents I got =D Look! pictures from that day..got hundreds of them but these few made the cut here.

Despite so many assignments due next week, next 2 weeks, another week after, I'm still saying I have nothing to do? You can declare me mad. At least for this week only.. my brain and myself are not in tune which actually means I'm not well k. Lol. Its already the end of April! Thats so soon, and I do not want next month to come so soon cause its a killer month. 10 things due -.- Shall not list it down here; only brings nightmare to the readers. =O

Tomorrow's the 30th of April. Jazz is leaving to Canada already =/ Sorry I did not give him a proper farewell. I would just like to publically thank him for everything since we've known each other 3 years back. Such a great friend indeed and he'll be missed =) *are you reading this? haha* And.. a picture for you too. XD

Getting Along Well

I just noticed that I have not posted up anything for almost a month! How rare is that? Well, I'm back! Will pick up where I left things hanging. Sorry for being all emo in the last post(1 month ago) but I am totally fine now =D So what did you miss out from me? There was 1. a farewell gathering in Shah Alam Extreme Park, 2. night market outing in OUG, 3. more banana leaf outing for lunch, and 4. a mini birthday celebration. Classes nowadays are not too bad considering that everyone knows each other more than the 1st semester. However, I still get terrible nerves when I need to present something in front of the class. Sounds stupid but I seriously need to overcome this real soon! Or maybe I just do not like so many heads looking at me when I'm talking *smacks myself* Look at the pictures we have for this semester so far! =D There's more but whatever, everything is on FB.

What's expected of next week: More mind boggling tests for Finance and Macroecons. Help! Can some one volunteer to do my online Macroecons test for me? lol. An assignment is due Thurs and a debate, both for OB. To our relieve, its the last week of hassle before our study break starts! Yahoo!

A study break isnt one if there's no revision done. My goal here is to revise as much as I can and also finish up all remaining assignment. Thing is, Im just so lazy, forever and always.

Howdy readers! Not that I assume that there's anyone reading this after all. Continue reading as the line increases if you want. Sorry if Im being a little blunt. Thats just not the way I usually am. These past few days, I've been minimally connecting to people out there in terms of social networking. Hardly logged into MSN until the wee hours as that would usually be my norm and you could also blame the early nights. Still gotta be the human I am when in classes no? In contrary to that, I've cut all connections from people on Facebook. Seems like the best thing to do because.. just because. It has been 4 days already and I have to admit, it feels weird not going to the Facebook site the 1st thing when I open the web browser. Not having to read what people said, not having the feeling that you're being judged when you post something up, not have to anything at all. Just need some getting use to. It will do me all the good that I need.

Everything is not like a walk in the park anymore. I guess that's how I make things look like for the past few months and also in college. You might be wondering what is my problem now? I do not know. Not the end of the world though. Im just as confused as you are right now. Think of it as the insane person in me who typed all these crap. Should stop ranting on about this. Bet you're somewhat annoyed to even read further. For the record, I didnt forget Christmas. I will be back, one fine day.

1. Hot and spicy to tears, what to do? If you accidentally eat the hot food that makes you shed tears, your first thought will be probably a glass of water. However, hot water is not a solution, it will make it more spicy. In fact, the best solution is to drink hot milk.

2. Keeping tofu firm Soft tofu in the cooking process is very easy to break into pieces. If you want to maintain the integrity of tofu, you can soak it in salt water for about 30 minutes before cooking.

3. Soup is too salty Making soup with too much salt, the subtle taste of the soup will be destroyed. If this happens, the remedy is to add cooked potato pieces for few minutes. The potato will absorb the salt. When soup id served, then remove the potatos.

4. Soak a little vinegar before cutting taros Cutting taro can make your hands itching. Soaking your hands in vinegar before cutting taros will prevent your from itching.

5. How to remove the wax from an apple? If you often eat apples with their skin, then you would need to remove the wax first before eating ....
(a) place the apple into hot water, the apple's wax will vanish.
(b) Apply toothpaste on the appple to clean out the wax.

If you you kids at home, wooden furniture are subject to crayon graffiti. Crayon stains can not be removed with water. Not Quite Expected

Argh! Lectures starting on 28th(Monday)!! Cant get better than to start it off with Finance
-.- Sounds boring already. Im not being negative and all but this was already bound to happen since Im only sort of interested in this course. Justs didnt think that it will happen this soon. 2 and a half more years to go =O Oh the horror! The miracle would be if I fall in love with what Im doing =D Will try to make it come true.

For the past 2 week, it has been great. Seriously. Im going to start things off from the 3rd week of Feb which is the 14th(Monday) until 20th(Sunday). Valentines Day fell on Monday so I went out for a friendly date =) Adeline's bday was on Wednesday. Happy Birthday again psychotic "twin" of mine! Difference is that she's more severe than me. Lol. Thursday- I went for ice skating with Natalie + her friend + JunHan + Thomas. Awesome experience with the double fall! Saturday- Bike riding again in Taman Pertanian with SuPing, Jazz and JunHan. I know I said that I'll never want to go back there until next year but, I miss the fun of being tired from paddling and going downhills. Haha.

As for this week, 21st(Monday) to 25th(Friday) I've been out on all days. Thats rare I know. This week was dedicated mostly to family since Mum and I went out with her cousin for food from Monday to Wednesday which includes fish head noodles Puchong and banana leaf rice in Klang. On Thursday Mum and I went back to Klang to have lunch with my aunt and grandma. Afters we brought aunt home with us. In the afternoon, I went out for a movie(The Rite) with Jazz. It was scary while watching but luckily it didnt give me any hard impact after that. Aunt left for Singapore this morning with another aunt and uncle. I sent them at 6am to Damansara. But before that we ate dim sum in the only shop that was opened in Uptown. I who am not a breakfast kind of person felt weird to be eating. By the time we reached the bus stand, it was only 7am. Went home straight and the rest of the day was also productive. Went to McD for a farewell meet up with a Uni friend (had another breakfast set). Have a wonderful time studying abroad dude! I didnt eat anymore afters until dinner. Im exhausted, really.

Due to the state that Im in now (*falling asleep anytime) my organization of everything in this post has been affected. Even the sentence structure or the grammar. All's upside down.
But my job's done here. BuhBye =)

Chinese New Year

2nd Feb: New Years eve! Had dinner in a restaurant in Klang called Dragon Dynasty? Ok anything with the name. 10 course meal for 3 tables (family has definitely expanded). The whole time I was so sleepy! Thanks to the many glasses of Irish Cream which later on caused me to knock over a full bottle of wine with my chair thus breaking it. What a mess. So the night goes on with performances which I do not pay much attention to.

The rest of CNY was okay. 1st day had banana leaf rice for dinner =D 2nd day of CNY my family including aunts, uncle, cousin and grandma went to I-City to see some performances. The rain had to make things slow but luckily it stopped soon afters. Took pictures and the best part was going to the arcade with Dad. Something we never do at all. Bought some paper tokens and tried out throwing balls into the tilted bucket. Not as easy as it looks! The ball bounces out =( Next one was throwing little hoops to the bottles. Same thing. If at least one lands on the bottle, I could have gotten the big lady bug! =) But I didnt.

On our way out from I-City, can see heavy traffic jam! So many people still wanting to get to this "lighting attraction site". Ate at mamak back in Shah Alam after the whole visit. Our latest dinner ever which was 10pm! *More pictures will be uploaded if cousin sends the pics*

CNY of course there were open houses. I was only invited to one, Win Shi's. However I had four in my house itself. Saturday night (5th) for dad's family, Tuesday (8th) lunch for my friends and dinner for a few neighbors and Saturday night (12th) for mum's family.

Today's the last day of CNY. No more red packets to collect! But never mind that, I've collected over RM600 already. It does my bank a whole lot of good. =D

Bukit Cahaya and Unrelated Stuffs

Wednesday was certainly a day to remember so far! While other days hasnt been that bad, yet Wednesday! I love days full of adventure. It was to celebrate Jeremy's bday which was today in a different way. Happy Birthday again! Hehe. Met up with him, Thomas, Lourene, Jun Han and Beh in SS15 for lunch at Street Cafe. As an appetizer, we had the 'cake' in the cup which Jun Han and I baked a day before in my house. Yeah some sort of a bday cake =)

After lunch, all of us except for Beh went to Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam to explore the place by cycling. Too bad he and Adeline missed out on this =/ Entrance fee was RM3 each and bicycle rental was RM5 each. The cycling route seemed long, winding and endless. Not to mention it was definitely a challenge cycling uphill and a breeze going downhill. All along the way was just trees..we're in the middle of the forest until we came to the orchards which had many fruit plantations. By the way, the group was split up so many times as some was fast and some left behind. Haha!

After cycling along the route, it turned out to be a dead end! Had to go back from where we came from and that was it for us. Dead tiring and really thirsty and of all days the sun decided to shine its best. For the past few days it has been gloomy yet not raining no? As for the thirsty part, even a puddle of water or a stream looked inviting to us. Completed 6km altogether back and fourth =D Hey Azim! If you're reading, I think you wont want to explore this place when you're back from Canada. Not your cup of tea. Lol.

Here is the b'day boy.

So, today I did something different at home. From hanging new year lanterns (for the 1st time ever for CNY) to washing the kitchen floor with mum and our house keeper. Literally moved everything to the dry kitchen and sprayed water on the floor and walls. Soap was all over the floor and I had my own soapy water slide! weeeee! Slid on my knees from one end to the other and lucky I stopped just in time before I could bang the wall. Lol.

There's this black cat behind my house who's always waiting for food since we always give it to him. Today I gave a part of my share of the fried chicken drummet. *Sry for giving while its still hot!* =/ The cat totally couldnt eat it and played with it like the chicken was somekind of toy. It looked alien to it too. Ended up, another cat took ate it and I had to give a cooler piece. I was trying hard to defend the chicken for the black cat yet, it did nothing to defend itself -.- A tale of a scary cat indeed. Thats all for now. Will post another as soon as there's something interesting!

I made this cake today for my dad's birthday! Urgh its so troublesome and I wouldn't want to attempt this again XD Yeah cause I had to do a separate icing to coat the cake and slit the cake in half so that the cake can be sandwiched back together with he icing in between. Owh if you do not understand what it says on the cake..its suppose to say "54". Haha! I cant decorate things anymore! It doesn't please the eyes or you just might want to scoop them out.

Literally I just think the cake was okay not awesome but dad ate quite alot of it. There's still a fair amount of it left and Im not going to eat it. Why? *hint* cause of much butter and chocolate content. Lol. Lets just wait and see what I'll be pulling off for tomorrow =D

Chocolate Marshmallow Fingers

Yay! I did this on Thursday morning. Really simple and I can do this for anyone again upon request =D All it took was measuring the ingredients, melting everything together and mixing them. Do not even need to bake it but let the whole tray sit in the fridge until the mixture hardens.

This is the melting process with the butter and the plain chocolate. After that we'd need to add some honey, sugar and cocoa powder. It was then let to cool for a while then the crushed biscuits and marshmallows were mixed altogether and poured on a tray.

The finished product! How do you think it looks? lol.. Mum's friend who came for lunch ate this for dessert and enjoyed this. Even mum's cousin sister who came by. Dad thought it was bought XD Next project will be for dad's birthday next week and of cos Jeremy's the following week. Watch out for that!

Happy New Year 2011

Happy New Year to everyone! Its the second day coming to an end now. I practically stayed at home the whole day during new year's eve. And yesterday, the 1st day of the year was a shopping spree! Parents and I went to Mid Valley early in the morning. Shopped in Metro Jaya and Jusco and got some blouses, t shirts, jeans and Dad got his annual edition of Swarovski crystal. His collection and you might know it if you've been to my house. This year's member's edition is the polar bear and he got a mini polar bear brooch with it and gave it to me =D

During our visit to Jusco, there was this happy hour sale for Polo handbags. 80% off! Everyone was swarming the place..workers pouring more bags from big boxes..total madness. Worry not I do have a picture of the scene (below). Lol. Dad helped mum and I by digging in, grabbing hold of some bags and passing it to us to see if we liked it. Bought 2 of them.

Went home at 2.30 pm and slept. At night, off to Subang Parade. haha! A day of shopping. I have to stop that for now since Im done with my CNY clothes =) What a start to a new year I shall say. Today stayed at home again and I called Azim! All the way to Canada for 42 minutes and it costs RM8.50. Not bad but I've to reload my prepaid (just done it yesterday). Do come back on April =D I will be waiting..hehe.

Holiday Splendor

2 weeks into the holidays and the real fun actually begun. This getaway was already talked about since the exam period. Mei Ping was kind to welcome us (Sue Ling and Margaret as well) to her home in Johor Bahru. Singapore was a side plan since Sue and I didnt have our passports. Then on Wed (a week before the trip) I went to make passport! Just the perfect time..since everyone in my family already renewed their's except me. It was a 5 hour long process though. -.- On Monday(14th), mum and I went to bus bus tickets for the Wednesday. Sue spent Tuesday over at my place.

Thursday- Margaret came in the morning around 8. Off to bus station and they we were, leaving Shah Alam behind at 10.30am. In the bus: Ate gummy bears and slept the most during the 5 hour journey. Mei Ping and her dad picked us up from Larkin bus station and our first visit was to KSC City, the new mall in Johor Bahru. That night we just at home with uncle and aunty. So much happened in the room before dinner. I had pillow fights, wrestling, basically being crazy all over again. Thats just so me. Had an early night as the next day we're going to Singapore!

Friday- Reached Singapore at 12.30pm and 6 other guys joined us girls. Straight away went to eat lunch at some food court which was fully jammed packed -.- This is what we did for the whole day. Bugis Street ~Vivo City (by MRT) ~ Sentosa (around Universal Studios and the beach) ~ Dinner(which was really hard since everywhere was full) ~ Orchard Road. That was it for the whole day full of walking, train transiting and photo snapping. Reached home at 1am! Shower..Sleep =D

Saturday- Woke up very late. 1pm? Around 3 only we went out to a shopping mall. Dinner was Japanese food. Delicious indeed and we ordered a bottle of sakae ;) Everyone had just 2 shots and we all were laughing like mad. Omg..lol. Then I said I still feel normal..Mei Ping and Sue Ling started laughing again. When we were finished, we bought more drinks from the shop downstairs to drink in the room =D Too bad the effect wasn't like what we expected. The drink didnt give any of us any 'kick'. Haha!

Sunday- Home sweet home! I actually am happy to be back home, sharing stories with mum and being a mini Santa to my family. Reached home only at 9pm when the bus left Larkin at 4pm. Hmm you must have thought that I was darn tired from the journey and all but still I didn't call it an early night. Slept at 5am XD First time for that and I dont think I can ever do that again.

P/S- I took such a long time to publish this as I was very lazy. It was saved in the draft for about 4 days. lol.

Happy 91st Birthday Granny!

Exam ended on Friday and the 1st celebration for it was Grandma's birthday dinner in Klang. We booked a room with 3 tables. Used to be only 2 though. Expanded so much ay. Totally a family reunion also but only 1 cousin was missing in action. This was our dinner (the picture below). All 5 to 6 dishes in a big marble bowl heated with the fire (plenty of abalone in there!). Every table couldn't finish it and had to pack.

Usually on Grandma's birthdays she'll distribute red packets to everyone. Without fail every year okay. And there's RM50 in it and multiply that with around 30 people. Lol. So in a year I'd receive 3 red packets from granny. Chinese New Year, my birthday and her birthday. No I do not call her granny in person. XD The 3 babies below are her great grandchildren <3

Was thinking of applying for a job. But then again I'd want to wait till next year to actually start. This whole month it's about going around Malaysia and relaxing, hanging out with friends. I'll just execute the idea for the time being. More updates soon. This week's activities seems full and I love that! =D It should apply to every week though.

Exam Weeks and more

2 exams down, 3 more to go! I can already taste the freedom. =D English exam was..just English. Microecons wasn't as bad as expected. Big relieve! Was actually wearing 3 layers of clothes during exam. Suddenly I fell sick..flu and terrible sore throat which is no help in the exam today. Bro also same case but less flu with fewer. This is my first time for this year! Great timing -.- I've got only 3 days to get myself back in shape and revise for accounts which is the only subject I've not started. Bro came back from Singapore yesterday after a one days' trip for job interview. He bought me a bottle of cocktail! =) My very first..haha!

He be off by next month again. Thats the only updates I have till now.
Dad asked me to help bro to write a resignation letter for his current job in Italiannies. So all I did was Google and stumbled upon this pic of an letter example. Lol. Thats the only updates I have so far. Goodnight ^^

Study Break- Day 5

Its Friday! And for once I'm not thinking of TGIF (not the restaurant!). These past few days were some what productive. Been studying more than ever compared to other exams I had before this. However it's still very little of it. So you can actually imagine how much I've done. Dad came home from India yesterday morning around 7am. Didnt even hear the door bell rang and Angel barking while I was sleeping. Im in a 'dead' sleep! He brought home many bars of long chocolates, shawls for Mum and a T-shirt for me. That'll totally do. So at night I wrote in the diary again after 2 months! It's so easy to write..wrote non stop in it and I got 2 whole pages out of it. Of course what's in there won't be revealed in this blog. The diary is more of a private thing that only I would know. So if you can actually get your hands on it, I'm doomed!

Today was a fine day. Although it started off rough. Was late to send bro to work..he starts at 12 and we left house only at 11.43. Forgotten my phone and had to turn around to get it. We did reached on the nick of time, 11.57am!(To Subang btw). Ate at MED with Sue Ling, studied a while, moved over to CPU lounge, did some QM, bubble tea with Lourene Beh and Jeremy and we're done for the day! Just watched a movie; The Time Travelers's Wife. Such a different take on a love story. Some parts can seem to be a little confusing but love it =D Yeah so now that relax time is over and it's raining heavily, I'm fighting the urge to have an early night to sleep. These few days have been really late. 3am without fail. It won't be any different today as well. Haha. Thats all I have for this post. Adios!

Yay! I just looked at Microecons. Swt! Browsed through the last lecture we had and that made me relaxed =D Next I want to read up on the monopolistic market structure which ain't now. Basically what I did the whole day was relax more and more. I watched this movie on HBO..Old Dogs. Laughed until I cried as usual. Lol.

After that, time to marinate the chicken for dinner which was all up to me today. Simply just dumped mustard, lemon juice, rosemary and thymes, black pepper, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and salt. That's with the chicken, side dish was broccoli. Basically nothing much accept for the fact that it rained so heavily after a long time! Wonderful natural air chiller. Tomorrow I'm off to revise either Accounts or QM =) *fingers crossed*

Its the 3rd day that Dad has been in India. His rightful 'hometown'. Haha! Some would get that =P He'll be back on Thursday morning, so right now its just Mum, Angel, and I at home. Bro is of course here but working..so he's away for most of the hours. Planning to go to Midvalley with him on Thursday ( his off day! =D) I guess he'll be leaving to Singapore soon =/ We'll see how things work its way then.

Here's a brief summary of my daily routine everyday when I have college. Usually I would wake up around two to one half hours before class starts to shower etc you know. Breakfast preferably would be soft boiled eggs! 2 of 'em =D Of course the picture below was not taken by me. Not that free. the substitute for this would be peanut butter and jelly with wholemeal bread or Milo. Sometimes nothing as well. In lakeside, its a race for the parking. Those finding parking, the eyes are like vultures!

The best hanging out spot is library level 5. And if classes do not end at 6, I'd go over to SS15 =D Then comes the time to go home. Usually there are 3 stages of traffic jam. 1. In and out of Taylor's (no more since the main gate closed). 2. In front of Sunway Pyramid towards the roundabout. 3. The NKVE toll. As for tutorial classes, I've only skipped accounts once and management twice (not recorded) XD. The rest are full attendance. But for nothing, Econs I have 1 absence -.- Most importantly were the awesome classmates of tutorial 1. It made the semester worth while!! *Happy* So I guess this is how the one semester unfold. Finals in a week's time and then holidays! For 2 months =D

Dear friends, if you're reading this, during the course of the 2 months holidays, lets go apply for a job! =) Until next year then, chapters for semester 1 are officially closed! Below is a picture of my class *some people are absent*. Till then..I'm done for this post.

Those Positives and Negatives

Halfway through the last week of lectures and tutorials for this semester. Feel like we did so much in a short time. It does really seem so fast. Not going to blabber further about that..instead I'm gonna unnecessarily talk about things..stuffs which are random =D

1. After all these years..I'm still buying cute lil stickers. You'll get to see them on my phone, calculator and who knows what else.
2. Look at what else I bought. LOL. Bunny fork and spoon set. Still waiting for an official use for it though.

3. There's only one and the only one thing that I need when I sleep. My baby pillow! Have to bring it everywhere, even during vacations. If not, no sleeping!
4. Owh! Washing car today was fun. =D Just scrubbing while spraying water. Hoho. Accidentally sprayed mommy! I was turning with the hose and the water just worked the magic on her. Lol.
5. I'll never get to study at home. So much distraction. Sleep, eat, watch TV, use the com, all those activities you can spent hours on! If you want me to study, then I should shift? Haha! Maybe I'll just make my way to anywhere during study breaks.
6. I do not like the new parking layout in Lakeside! Demotivated to even go there as early as 7.30am to finish up assignments. But what do you know? The sem is ending =)
7. Please wash your plates after eating! Obviously this is directed to people at home. Even 1 plate can't be washed on their own? What more a pile as a gift for me everyday. Thx!
8. Can we go swimming now?! Or any sport at all like badminton, football, futsal, or just plain running.
9. Hehe..holidays being planned. Ipoh/ Penang/ Langkawi huh? All also can. Muahahah! Will be devastated if even one does not work out. Like -.-
10. Lets go shopping! I feel so poor nowadays =( Another time la.
11. I'm still missing Azim and Addy a lot. So the wallpaper on my phone is of a picture of them <3

Done with so many things already at this point! What a relieve to get over Accounts assignment 2, Econs test, and Eng presentation which was today. Guess it was okay, not as bad as management's! The remaining 2 big 'thingy' before final exams would be Quantitative Method's assignment and Management 2nd test.

Well this whole week I've been going to college early in the morning. But today was later a bit, like 9.30am. Had only 1 slice of bread with peanut butter and jelly! No more lunch after that and went on till about 4pm. After that only had a curry puff. So I was thinking if I keep this up everyday, O.o lose more weight =P No this is not on purpose. Feels like I'm having the gastric symptoms already =( I have nothing else to talk about anymore. NO! Im getting dull in my own blog @.@ Till next time! Promise I'll bring some spark to the next post =)

Ups and Downs that Gives Life An Equilibrium

Never ending assignments. Current one is accounts which due date is on Monday. Then comes management presentation this Friday which only 2 of my group members are involved. English presentation is not until after next week on Wednesday. 1st Nov I'll be having my Economics mid term exam. But on top of all that, I'm still excited for the upcoming musical!! =)

I'm sooo used to lakeside already. It took me long eh? Just to get the feel of studying there rather than in CPU. I'm slowly getting unattached to CPU and not my friends of course which is awesome! Team building last Friday was a blast. Hadn't been running that much fro so long already. We started the 'Amazing Run' at 9.30 am and ended at 4.45pm with a 1 hour break in between. To keep up the stamina that I gained from that day, I've decided to use stairs to classes from 2nd floor to the 6th floor. Haha! Group picture below.

I have two tortoises if you do not already know. Mum told me Torty passed away today or was it a few days back. But she found out today and told me. The cause of it was really WTS! Tutti bit Torty's head and tail? T.T *Mourns!* I thought they got along just fine! I had them since standard 4 and both of them are as big as a giant burger. I just want to say.. Stupid tortoise! Haven't you heard of the song 'Two is Better Than One"? Because of what you did, mum wants to release you to the lake. Not Taylor's Lakeside k? It's the Bukit Jelutong lake of loneliness! Rot there for your unnecessary sin. -.-

Today I went to send my phone for repair. I thought I was going to get a new one! Fat hopes it seems. All I can hope for is the cost of repair to be as high as 400? Then getting a new phone is more worth it!! =D And I did a sweet revenge towards my dad. Lol. I asked the guy to change my keypad too. If I cant get a new phone, might as well change everything to make it look new ;) Dad noticed I'm upset..I didnt say anything. He offered my bubble tea! Ok la..I'm not a hard hearted person. I'm fine now!

My brother wants to go to Singapore to work?! He's bored with his job in Italiannies. NO! Do NOT leave me alone. He's such a good company that I can always talk to him about anything (even about what I should wear) =) Won't even be able to send him to work anymore. This is sad. But he's already asking me what I want from Singapore. Haha!

University is insane! Just like me la.. how can I not stand myself? Ok lame. Yeah.. So many assignments. Like I said to Thomas: "disturbing asses!" Get it? First there's English essay about the multicultural workplace. Then there's Management essay (3500 words). Also, Quantitative Methods survey and information analysis. Microeconomics assignment 2 and Accounting assignment 2. Micro's test would be on the 1st of Nov. Final exams will start at the end of Nov. @.@ Pray that I'll be alive during the course of all these.

Yesterday I was out from 7pm until 12.45am with my parents of course. My brother worked on a closing shift. So we went to Sunway Giza, Damansara. First time I was there. Great place to chill! Dinner we went to this restaurant called Cravings. Dad ordered this 12" burger which only costs RM29.90, it came with 2 bowls of mushroom soup and more.

I just opened a new pack of Cadbury chocolate. This one was totally different. I was kinda amused when I first saw it. ;D Damn yummy! I don't know where my dad got this but seriously never seen it before.

Go buy and try it if you ever see it anywhere. This Cadbury Creme Brulee is the only one I have. Since it's so amazing, I decided to research more on the variety that the company have =D

Today's dinner was a Spanish Buffet in Damansara Jaya. Parents saw that the ad in the newspapers. Haha! The food was included of grilled stuffs, pastas, stews, soups, paella, desserts, drinks and many more. Was already full when I'm done with the 1st plate. Honestly the food wasn't that great to begin with. =x I won't go on about it cause it's not nice to condemn. Lol.

1. Presentation in class which I wont elaborate. I bet everyone's heard enough of it already =P

2. What's with the honk today? Seriously, I didn't do anything. It's just people behind being impatient Malaysians. Not once but four times! And all four, Thomas was there -.-

3. Opening a box of soya bean drink (1000 ml), took out the seal already. Then saw something white, thought the soya bean hardened already. Alerted my dad and his reaction was just: 'cut la'. I was like..cut wat? It's just a piece of solid box now. After that only I realized that there's another transparent layer.

4. There's this guy just now asking me.. never text your bf is it? *Since when I had one?* Can I text when you're free? *Im nvr free except for today. Luck.* Call? *hehhe =D* straight away went offline on FB after that! Get a life man -.-

Best moment today was the lunch in Nirvana.Most of us were new to each other. Them not me.
Yes, its a great way to spend time when you're too free in a worthy way.

Urgh! Today went to sleep at 4am but still cant doze off straight away. Just when I'm about to snooze, there was a creepy sound coming from the ceiling. Not long after that, my alarm rang -.- 5.55am!!! Prepared myself for college and oh, it rained =) yes, I love rain. But not today's heavy one. Already so sleepy and I've got to be extra alert while driving. Still, I reached within 20 mins. Haha. Reached campus and its heavier.

Waited in the car listening to the radio but by 7.30 I had to go to computer lab already. No choice but to use an umbrella in the pouring rain. Got out, umbrella flying, strong wind, wet sandal and jean, but I survived! The worst part was the wet jeans. Had to stay in 4 hours of fully blasted air conditioned class. T'was so cold! Someone please get me a winter jacket! I'm serious k? Basically whole day was about being very cold, very sleepy, and very anxious to finish the management test. And of course there will be a picture for this post too. Hehe.

Service and everything was alright but the place is too small for the amount of college people here. Actually there's nothing much to say in this post. Don't want me to blabber unnecessary right? A Night Like This

I unexpectedly went for a wedding dinner in Centro, Klang on Sunday night (12 Sept) =) Dad was suppose to attend with mum but he was coughing so badly that I had to go on his behalf. As usual, ALL wedding dinners starts very late. This wedding was different from the other's that I have been to. The bride didn't pick any chinesy wedding gown. They displayed childhood pictures, made their own mini movie but most of all, no karaoke by guests! =D

The most romantic part was that the newly weds has gone on so many vacations together. Vienna, Prague, London, Paris, Bangkok, China and etc. Dinner was served only at 8.30 -.- As a result to that, I ate damn a lot. Shark's fin soup was not served..Smart choice! Here are some facts about shark's fin.

1. There is no nutrition if you eat shark's fin.

2. For those who have eaten it before, you surely know that it's tasteless.

3. Eating shark's fin will not make you immune to diseases.

4. Contains a high level of mercury that can cause severe damage to your health.

Oh yea, the man initially sitting at the same table as mum and I was a man- b*tch. Look at people sulkily and won't even say a word. Muka dah la wanna make me punch him. Haha! Lucky he moved table after that. With that shows another inconsiderate side of him: He ate the chocolate there and unfolded the napkin! Mum asked the waitress to change everything to a new one but she only understands mandarin. Wth.. Go freaking learn some English! I tried talking to her and no, she doesn't understand my English accented mandarin. LOL. But yes, I said it correctly =)

So finally my table was occupied with my family members. Sorry if u ask me, wish relative/ friends's daughter was getting married.. I do not know! At least I know that we went there for the bride's side. XD Hmm.. the only thing left in this post is pictures! Will not ever forget this part. Hehe. Adios!

Phew! Lucky its the Last!

If there a few more farewells, I seriously can't take it! Haha. Vims' will be the LAST. Thursday night (9th Sept) was his farewell dinner in Fullhouse, Sunway Pyramid. Left house at 4.45pm and met Beh in SS15 and so we headed to SP after that. It was his 1st time going there! I had the honor to intro him to the ice skating rink and cracking jokes in the pet shop. At that time there was much stoning cause we didn't know what to do! In the end, we settled for McD ice cream. Lol. That's when Thomas came (around 6.30). Not long after, Margaret too. She wanted to go to Popular Bookstore and so we did. Marge went scouting for her things and the other 3 of us turned Popular upside down:

1. Thomas pretended that he wants to throw something at me, the markers inside the box flew out and everyone looked since the markers went and hit the hard plastic shelf.

2. Running around with a giraffe soft toy! Cause useless Thomas hit my head with a stack of wooden horoscope planks. I haven't get back on you yet! Only after all that was time for Fullhouse =)

We ate, we joked, we laughed and we took pictures! People from CPU who showed up were Lourene, Thomas, Margaret, Beh, Win Shi, Woon Jie, Moo, Mark, and I. The rest were Vims high school friends and etc. I think there's nothing more to talk about already. The night was just awesome to end with. Let the pictures do all the talking. Hehe.

I went to pay the summon on Wednesday morning!! Rm40 =( Better than RM80 at least. Sue Ling accompanied me to MPSJ.

After that, we headed to Taylor's Lakeside to meet Vincent and Jess to discuss more on our Economics and Accounts assignment. Since I brought my lappy, WiFi was connected and there, distraction appeared. Webcam with Addy and after that I did this..

Hmm.. maybe I should opt for this hairstyle. Haha! and also change my hair colour to shiny black. Err.. on the second thought, no! XD Our discussion was until 2.30pm only. So, I went back to SS15 to collect my OSSLT results. 350/400 was the score. 300 is the passing point. Ok la.. Met with Lourene, Thomas, Vims, Beh, Woon Jie and bumped to some other CPU friends. It's going to be a while till I'll go there again.

Wednesday night's dinner was kinda Mediterranean-ish or Lebanese-ish. Haha! you decide on what's it. Main course is pita bread stuffed with minced mutton and potatoes. The second one is called tabbouleh? lol. Go and google it for a clearer view of it. Mum watches too much cooking and travelling shows that's why we're eating all this at home. She cooked with coriander and some lemon juice. Feels like eating rice but it's more grainy and small.

Today I went to SS15 to do some shizzz (lunch with Thomas Lourene and Sue Ling) and assignment discussion.. Parked in front of PappaRich and I got this summon! Under code 01, order 4- "Meletak kenderaan bermotor do tempat bukan letak kereta". What the hell? My car was just not parked in a yellow box. Not obstructing any traffic by the way. Oh.. I parked in front of PappaRich so they think my Papa got damn a lot of money to pay this la? Haha! Going to settle this tomorrow with just RM5 in my purse. Eek!
Well..the funniest fine given out would be- "Meletakkan kenderaan buruk di tempat awam". -.- If anyone has an ugly car you'll get a summon of RM500!! So come on..get an upgrade as soon as possible. ~end~

What's For Dinner?

Todays dinner is BIG! Western style and totally filling. The only thing I cooked from this big portion is the mushroom. One of my favourites. Easy, just used butter, english onions and red wine vinegar. The next time I cut those onions, goggles required! It seriously forces you to cry -.-

Besides dinner today, I stayed at home for the whole day and did nothing productive. Woke up also almost 1pm already. Watched movies on TV all afternoon: Monsters VS Aliens and The Brady Bunch =D At least I did some Econs assignment after that so I do not feel so guilty. Lol. Wish everyday would be this relaxing! Nothing much to worry about. Well thats all for this post. Short and simple okay? Do not complain XD

Another Side of Me

Blogs and diaries are similar to me. The difference now is that 1 is still 'alive' and the other 1, the habit has died off.

Personally I would prefer diaries as there is not information restriction and no worries of who is going to read it later. Of course it would only be me, myself and I.

Talking about this, it's because I've 3 diaries myself =) The first post dated all the way back in December 2002. The last post ever was the day when I came back from National Service, 8th June 2009. The red one is fully about my National Service life. Yes, all the way from Sabah, I was still writing XD

Well, I love writing but can't find the time anymore to put aside for that. So this bloggie is so much more convenient since I can just type in whatever but like I said, no details! Come to think of it, the reason why I blog is to track what's done and all. Therefore, I need to put down more details! -.- Self debate going on here.

Apart from all that, it has been 4 days since Addy flew off to Canada. Lucky bitch I tell you. Lol. Zimmy flew on Wed morning. It was an emotional day but besides that, I'm damn reliefed that the stressful english essay is all done with!

Hmm.. a whole week off next week. The only thing to do is assignments x10! What a live. I can only remember the last time when I really had my life was when I was in CPU. Current questions:

1. How can I be myself again?

2. Where to find the source of me being psycho once again?

3. When was the last time I was genuinely happy?

4. Why is life so miserable?!

Oh, whatever! Just gonna go with the flow. Since I was contemplating whether I should put details here earlier, I guess I would. Erm, I asked him to come back to me. Thinking about that again, I knew I wouldn't do it in a million years! But somehow this relationship made me go against what I kept to myself. Things didn't work out and I need a way to get out from this thing that I've caused. It's so often that I do not pick up his calls (either not with my Hp or something) but why did I answered that night? What if I didn't? Everything would turn out differently? Maybe not. Note to myself: Stay away from relationships! It never worked so far except the 1st one =( Reading back my diaries, every relationship disaster turned out to be on Augusts! -.- Feel like I'm jinxed or something. I will break that! ~end~

LAST HELLO, ADRIANNA'S FAREWELL & BAR NIGHT

My day started at 11.45am where I met Azim, SuPing and Carmen in Old Town. Addy came around 12.30 and the other two girlies left while the 3 of us headed to Sunway Pyramid.

Lunch: Carls Jr.

Activities: Walked around, shopping and having great talks in Starbucks without any Starbucks drink. We're good in that =D

Then Zimmy had to go off early at 4.30pm which leads the remaining 2 of us with Plan #2: Farewell dinner. Went home to my house and got all prepared for Chill Out. The night was AWESOME! I was high with just drinking water =D how cool is that? The highlight was the laughter related to my bottle, watermelon cube and the star, Jameson! My unawesome camera man, Thomas didn't do a good job. He's FIRED! Event ended around 11.

Sent Addy home and dropped by my home a while to call mum using the hs phone. You know what's it for don't ya? LOL. Done with talking, I'm out again!! Haha..Plan #3 This time to Laundry Bar, The Curve with Jessica, Spencer and gf, and also Alkey. 1st time k? Im still a good girl ^^ Drink of the night: Heineken Beer and Orange Bacardi. *Pictures will be posted soon* Left for home after that and reached at 3am. The highway was so empty and suitable for more speed! 140Km/h =D Won't have a chance to do that on usual days. ~end~

Lately so much has happened. As a result of all that has happened, I'm being pissy and my mood changes all the time. NOT COOL. Even my mum complains about all this and if only she knows =P So she is out of my list of the people who can console me. *poof*

I guess it's rather a positive thing that my parents are going off to Penang from Thursday to Sunday! Get all the noises away that seems annoying. I'm getting the house all to myself and being alone is what I need. Hopefully I shall be back to me as in ME! I'm expecting some friends over to accompany me.

Don't we all just love holidays?? Well not really already after Taylors gave it a little twist. Any public holidays that falls on weekdays shall be replaced which is decided by the lecturer itself -.- Damn lame la.. I rather not have that holiday at all! Depressing just to think of the 6 hours of classes straight. Whatever!

It's reason I'll say. "It's always a distraction. decided that I'm going to use less of Facebook from now on. If you're asking for a diplomaticing me when I do my research for the pile of assignments." If you don't believe that then you're smart. There's just nothing to it on that web anymore. What I meant is that I changed my impression for it. Bye bye "Maybelle Yeow" Hello "other acc." Lol. It has been alright, only awesome people I added. =D Hmm I had this idea, I can deactivate FB but I'm finding a way to do it on my phone too XD

Today: After class which was just 11.45am, my management group planned from yesterday already to go to this company (Hyper Tune) in Aman Suria, Damansara to interview the boss. A company that publishes their own magazines and sells car parts. Biggest assignment for that subject. Before that we (4/6) went to 1Utama for lunch and that's it. Since we finished early, everyone went home and I, went to hang in SS15. My new nerdy study place: The Web! =)

Reminiscing

It seems like a long time since I've posted my last entry. Non the less, I'm back now! Well, I realized, to retain the readers I have so far, I should most more updates!! =D I guess this post won't be updating about things recently. Just want to flashback some memorable things that I missed very much. Life right now just sucks so badly with the never ending stress of trying to keep up with every single detail. FULL STOP to that and HELLO to sweet memories.

1. I miss the part where my bro, his friends and myself would go on an 'adventure' around Bukit Jelutong with our bicycles when it wasn't fully developed yet. Of cause I wouldn't tell mum about it since it was dangerous stuff. And yes, I was a tomboy around those guys! Don't mind being one now. Haha!

2. Badminton mornings! We would all wake up at 6.30am just to meet and play badminton at a court far far away by using our bicycles. 7 of us in total. Would finish around 8-ish and then hanged around at the playground. Something special we did there was the Mamee Monster War. Crushed it and threw at each other. Coolio =P

3. BBQ Nights was certainly a highlight. We would do it during holidays or Christmas Eves, or New Year's Eve. Venue? The field in front of my house and sometimes the playground =D Hanged around till 2am+. haha! Played fire, burned stuffs and made jokes. They camped out there and me, of cos not.

4. Football evenings almost everytime when we're all free. I was always the goalkeeper. Lol. When we got bored of that, the other alternative was playing monkey.

5. During CNY eve, my bro and I just can't wait to get home early from our family dinner so that we can join our gang to play some firecrackers! And also during New Year's Eve, with our bicycles again we would cycle to the hill and watch fireworks from KLCC, Genting, and unknown places. Nice!

Basically that are all the main events that stretched for 3 or 4 years. Since I was in primary 4 that is. There is more to it than just all these for sure. Things changed after that for some reason =S End of this post! ^^

Double Whammy!

Happy Birthday Thomas! Urgh, today I was 20 minutes late for Accounts lecture. All because I stopped by a bookstore near my house to get some balloons. Haha. For the 1st time ever, my punctuality for classes can be questioned. The worse thing I dislike about this is people staring at me when I walked into the lecture theatre. Right after class (ended 1 hour earlier!!), I stopped by at the library for a while to check which tutorial group I was placed in. Turned out its Tutorial 1!! =D Most people said it was decided based on the english placement test we did during orientation week. Therefore my timetable would be this starting next week:

I left lakeside campus and went straight to CPU! Yay!! See more peeps that I know =) Left that place with Ad and Azim and headed towards S. Pyramid and halfway there, Thomas called! Poor fella, we left him there but serves him right for not picking up my calls before we left! But we still had to turn back to pick him up ;O
What we did in Sunway was all so random. Nothing much. So back to SS15 after 2 hours.

Thomas's birthday was celebrated in the mini auditorium where he stonned when everyone jumped out from behind the curtains. That fella really blur case I tell you. Thx to Vims for bullying me as always. Other "guests" sat back and enjoyed the drama. And yes, my ISU survey for C&C was inspired by him. Haha! Practically that wasnt everything that happened but this post is just getting too long.

Today:

From 12 to 2 was a lecture for Introduction to Management. Lecturer also cool for this time. After lecture, I went around the campus with 4 other friends to sign up for clubs available. Ended up being members of 3 clubs! ^^

1. Music Club
2. Toastmasters Club
3. Malaysian Travelling Society

I had a problem today. Car window ( front passenger seat) cant be winded up! The rain just had to make it worse. Was so scared that some motorbiker would actually do something through that open window =( Drove straight to the workshop near my house and asked those people to fix it. Had to wait for 45 minutes -.- I guess that's all that is interesting for today. Will surely keep this blog updated*.

We awesome foursome suddenly realize that we're cool together. Haha! Met in SS15, ate lunch and randomly decided to go to Sunway Pyramid. Azim wanna visit Topshop. Not more than an hour, we left and head back to SS15 again. So free ryte? Then again, went to Old Town! Azim mau minum minum lagi XD Actually nothing much to write la.

Today: Micro-economics (2pm to 4pm). Sounds interesting and it sure is.

The lecturer: awesome!

The class ppl: Less awesome.

There is already so much to absorb on this 1st lecture. And sometimes when I tried to concentrate, I ended up staring into blank space. A trance I call it. Lol =) Left the place at 4.15pm and it was jammed just to get out of campus which I didnt expect at all. NKVE also jammed cause a lorry overturned. If not I could already take off to the higher speedo =P So because of all that, I reached home at 5pm. This is all I can remember for now from lecture today.

Well, the point where the lines intersect is actually the determinant on how much a product should be produced based on the theory of supply and demand. I know, just by looking at the graph, its understandable. But seriously, time to get a notebook soon! I guess that's all for this post. More to come as soon as possible. =)

The Present

Notice that me recent post were all about CPU -.- Time to move on already! But what can I say, college life was the best highlight in my life so far. Alright, this week was my orientation week in my new "University" in Taylor's Lakeside Campus.

First day of that orientation was a knock out (26th July). Luckily Margaret and Joshua was the very few people that I know who has the same orientation with me. And yes, I've never felt that lonely before =S By break time, I was so ready to leave the campus although there's campus tour after that. So off to SS15 with Adrianna after picking her up from her house. Margaret joined us and we had lunch (everyone being so so hungry!).

Next we were off to CPU lounge again. Played ping pong for the 1st time ever and seriously it can be so addictive. =) Then Ad and I went MAD. Hitting each other and running around. And for some reason she was so fond of my shoes till she had to throw it around. LOL. Guess that's the most exciting part of the day only.

Ad accompanied me to buy a birthday cake for my Bro. Happy 21st Birthday!! Just to have a little surprise at home =P Oh well, thats the first day. Paranoid of new timetable and also things besides that which I wont mention in the blog. Too public and so it'll only be shared one on one with close friends. =X

2 Events I Love!

The last post about my days in CPU. Prom (13th June) and Graduation (18th June)!!
Lets start off with some Prom information. I was in the committee but didnt feel like I did a single thing. Haha.

Seling tickets was the fun part of course (networking!). The actual day for it was 13th June at the Grand Dorsett Hotel. Hmm..I think Im not going to elaborate further on what happened that day. My memory serves me well for it already. =) However, there's always space for pictures!! XD

Assignments

I remember my 1st ever assignment of the year is the IB poster. One of my favourites to do cos creativity counts! Given only 4 days to complete, there was no hustle. Individual work which requires us to choose and company to research on and put all the information into a poster.

Next fun assignment was the Life of Pi game creation just to replace the cancelled test. Group mates are Russell, Azim, Man, and Nicholas. We came up with something complicated but it was based on Monopoly. Mr. G gave us 3 class days to work on it and our group found more time to meet up to work on details. This game boosted everyone's marks for the mid-terms! ^.^ Job well done!

Another game for data management was to calculate the probability, the fairness of the game and to enjoy for a period of class. Teamates were Natasha, me and Adrianna. We came up with a dart game. Sounds simple but the calculations differ from other groups' cause it involved the area of circles, circumferences and radiuses.

On the morning of 30Th January, everyone met in front of Taylor’s college and then we headed to Taman Megah Disabled Children’s Home in two cars. We prepared candies, jelly and boxed drinks since we are aware that those are the all time favorite of children. Then came the challenging part when we reached the home. Nothing much was expected but somehow the conditions of the children there gave us chills and most of us thought that it is going to be a tough ride dealing with them. Some were crying when they saw us, some were too used to this type of visits that they did whatever they were doing at that time and there was one who liked to shake hands so much with everyone of us. The supervisors greeted us with much welcome and briefed us on the children here. “The ones who are tied to the wall are actually very ‘violent’ in the sense of anyone passing by them would get hit” said one of the supervisor.

The level of blurriness in everyone of us showed quite obviously as we have never handled these type of children before and we were afraid that we might make mistakes in handling them because most of them are emotionally fragile. So came the consciousness in us that this is not just another project to be done, or recorded, but it is a human act which is the responsibility of us students to know and have the knowledge of it since we all live an easy live if compared to these children. We could only wish the children was as lucky as those normal teenagers out there who are given higher degree of education and in return those teenagers would learn more of the hardships in life out the without taking things for granted. Altogether, an experience to be remembered.

I know it's all over but it's better late than never right. Here's the place to reminisce how a great time in CPU it has been. A wonderfull roller coaster ride. Weee! Dreaded the 2nd sem at 1st but as time goes by, the excitement starts to show! First it was all about the 5 subjects horror.

The best thing when I looked back was how I have the chance to meet many cool and new people which I did not do much on the 1st sem. I guess I prefered to keep myself on the lower profile at that point. =P Below are some ppl that has helped make a diff in my CPU days. =)

Met in 2nd sem. Adrianna the sexy poser XD We took 3 same subjects but only have 1 class together. But that didn't stop us from being real good friends. =) We met 6 days a week everytime and had cool laughs for the jokes we came up with. Im so going to miss that! The weekend adventures are so random (Uptown, SS2, Bangsar, Sunway, Puchong, etc) <3

Met in 2nd sem. Here is Mr. Profanity aka Azim. Full of swear words who influenced me to say 'F' as much as 3 times in front of him. Haha! I'll admit it just this one time, he is kinda famous. lol..

Met in 1st sem. Suping aka Kak Su/ Su Su Ping Pong! Had ENG4C class together till we got kicked out to ENG3U. Didnt know that we could have gone straight to ENG4U. Haha..Those were the days of CPU-ian noobs. In the 2nd sem, Suping= lunch partner with Azim and othr ppl who felt free to join us. Soon to be a 'perempuan melayu terakhir.' =D

Met in 2nd sem for our community service for LAN. Thomas Jacob! 1st time meeting although we were from the same intake. My chatting partner in MSN who nvr failed to interrogate even once. LOL. Might be going to lakeside as well i think. Hopefully and see ya!

Met in 2nd sem in Int. Business class. Adeline here is one cheerful girl. Wouldn't have been so close to her if it wasn't for the move to the new building. So thanks so much for that! XOXO

Met in 2nd sem for LAN community service. Mr. VP/ Vims here is very noisy and will say watever he wants. Kind at times but evil almost everytime. We enjoyed punching and pinching each other for the starting of this sem and it continued while we watched movies as well. LOL. That will always be remembered XD

Last but not least, the 2 closest March intaker friends =) Beh (met on orientation day) and Bob (introduced by Beh)..Both are tall, friendly and hyper! All in all..great addition to the CPU clan =D

Moving On

Live still has to move on even though the sun rises and sets in it's direction. Old relationship dies fast and new ones are easily built. I wont be easily saddened by such phenomenons - waste of time =P
I'm tougher than I actually look! HEHE!

So last day of college classes was 25th November. Fun yet sad at the same time as we get to be together in the same class for 1 hour and 15 minutes only for each class. Below are class pictures for every class with the teacher..

You can guess where i spent most of my time..at home! No problem to me actually but going out on and off is better. Finally 9th December, I met up with my primary school friends who some of them I haven't met in almost 10 years..lol! Divanesh, Satheesh, Audrey Ho, James Teoh, Pravin, Arrawinthen, Christopher made it a day to cherish. Coincidentally, it was also Audrey's birthday! All of us watched movie which was a last minute decision. Hail to the comedic and corny Couple's Retreat which brought everyone in the whole theater to a unforgettable laughter =)

Happy Birthday Ama! (Dad's side)~ Celebrated on Friday (11th Dec) but I have to idea when is the actual birthday date =S
So sorry! The whole family (excluding some relatives who are residing in Penang and Kuantan that didn't make it) went for seafood in Telok Gong, Klang. Yummy food I tell you..LOL. The birthday cake was Coffee Cheese, not too bad and at least its something different than the one usually ordered, Chocolate Supreme. Ama gave out Ang Pau's to EVERYONE after the cake cutting 'ceremony'. I know not all grandmothers do that but what can I say? My grandma is one in a million! =P hmm lets see how often she does that to me..Chinese New Year, me leaving for NS, me getting good results, my birthday, her birthday, and also when we're out in shopping malls (not often). But whatever it is..XOXO to my beloved grandma.

Why does my Dad suddenly have the mood to get me a gown and however i ended up buying a dress. You know, when we're looking for something, we're not able to find it and when you don't need it, it's always there. That is what happened on this day=S Me and my mum went around Mid Valley trying on anything that looks nice, entering shops like Spade, Envee, Nichii, Salabianca, and Eclipse. Finally we found something from Eclipse but I felt a little guilty for making my dad pay that much=P

A broiling hot sunny Tuesday indeed..everything went right-classes,assignments,grades until this happened..

Like WTH right?By the way..its wasn't me who was driving that time if not I'll get the hell load of scolding.LOL.This happened when my mum was on the way to pick me up from college.

So on Wednesday after leaving for college,the car was sent to the workshop and it will be ready either on Friday or Saturday..How did i get home on Wednesday and all the following days to come you may ask?Thats why i have my friend KATHIRA!lol..Truly grateful to her actually.Picking me up from my house,sending me home again after our classes.Thank God it's Friday 2moro(TGI Friday's?=P)

15th August-Had BBQ in neighbour's hs cos they wanted to intro a Japanese gal who they took in for the student exchange programme.Evrytime they have BBQ it will surely rain..some kind of blessing?=P and of course there's a few pics for it!

28th August-My holidays started and it'll be till 7th sept=D Still woke up at 6am to go to college to meet up with my group mates..we've a video to shoot for english.Fren's driver ended up taking us to her hs in section 9.Ps: she's a royalty..lol.1st she showed us all around her hs..full of deco evrywhere.Had pancake with honey and roti jala with curry for lunch and worked in between.There's pics for it too(for our acting n tour around the hs)Im suppose to be an evil character ruling as a dictator,etc.

29th August-Happy B'day mummy!=D finally she let me drive alone..haha!if she didnt let also i would have gone to Subang to pick my bro up and get her a gift.I alrdy planned with my dad n bro so he waited in Subang Parade for me and i took the time to enjoy my ride alone^^Parking was easy too!*not many cars around tats y..haha!When i got a gift then we're outta that place and onto AC to pack some food for lunch..perfect time to go anywhere we like. XD

Surprisingly 2day my dad let me drive to Mid Valley while he sits behind like the boss reading his newspaper..lol.My tuesday task would be driving to The Curve with my mum to meet with my aunt.Happy Independence Day ppl!^^

Lets start off with English which I've an average of 81%(4-)
the marks of my essay outline,1st 2nd and final draft,presentation contents,journal vocab,grammar test and many more=P all that is for unit 1 and now we've moved onto unit 2~focusing on the novel "Lord of The Flies".The current assignments would be an essay on the book(1 character,symbol and theme) supposedly 1000 words and more!The biggest project ever would be picking another book which has something to do with the nature of evil and oh my..there's a long list of books to choose from!Have to write and essay on tat and also present it to the class with a slide show only in November.Sounds like a very long time but..serious work!

As for accounts,my average is 85% which includes presentations,written assignments and researches.There will be a 2nd test 2moro(chapter 3 and 4).Wish me luck!=S
anyway guess I've no particular plans for the coming week.Just follow the routines and be random! XD -OUT-

Haha!2day accounts class was the funniest=P
we were assigned to groups of 4 to present about merchandising and service companies.For the cycle,there were cash,lorries,outlet and customers.Something like tat..dun wanna go into details.Hmm,for cash we used real notes.Yu Jin contributed the 1000 korean won(RM 3)LOL.Pasted tat only the mahjung paper.Next for the outlet,we wanted Giant Hypermarket's logo.I had Giant's mineral bottle and we pasted the logo too.Next,customers!The best part..we used passpost pictures=P Edward dun get mad..hehe.Ur pic was used and another was Georgio(team mate).I got teased,common..Mr.Saint said~"where did this guy come from?" so funny i tell u!No worries k?Evrything can be taken back on Monday since 2moro no class!haha=D gonna be so bored..2 hours 30 mins to the next class (2.15pm)

Went to the doctor yesterday..I've MC for 2 days!Dun have to go to college until 2moro =S Fever as high as 39.1 degrees,coughing,sore throat and cant evn talk.I wanna sing along to my fav songs and now see what happened..haha!Its not like i love skipping classes..in fact i've been present all the time since college started.Record broken..During my secondary skol days,i purposely go to skol evryday to get the full attendance cert(now my file is full of certs)~scrabble comp,choir comp,drawing comps,moral drama,choral speaking,jump rope comp,secretary of pbsm,librarian,etc.Lol.Tats how crazy i am last time..I continued not skipping skol till form 3 only=P form 4 i missed class only once!Wasted le..come form 5,skip skol almost evrytime after syllabus finished.To be continued..hehe!

Improving Yet Tiring

1 month in college alrdy!The 1st & 2nd week i usually sleep at 10.30,no later than tat but now..2am>.< haha!This week finished assignment was bout [1]company fraud(Accounts) so my group did bout Martha Stewart(company background,what happened,the cost,consequences,etc) in a power point presentation [2]also in power point,a visual presentation with a suitable song which is able to explain social evil.Its in youtube now!haha!

[3]completed my 2nd draft of essay(1036 words) and sent it through the web to scan for plagiarism..swt!This weekend's homework,another set of comprehension(10 mind crushing questions).Just finished 4 sets last weekend=_=" my test results are satisfying to me..accounts did a few mistakes only got 32/37..another assignment on acc that my partner didn't contribute yet got the marks for herself too,WE got 4++ and the 4 sets of comprehension?got all 4's for tat(the highest mark tat can be given)

Enough of college..yesterday went shopping;D bought 2 plain shirts from Dorothy Perkins.Finally spent money.LOL.Mum bought 2 quarts of baskin robbins ice cream since its the 31st of the month=31% discount![mango sorbet and blue raspberry sorbet]The choral speaking competition was going on in Subang Parade(go there with my mum evrytime to w8 for my bro if i finish class earlier than him),reminding me of form 1.We did the same thing as well(2004)~practicing during classes,memorizing 3 pages of lines.Those were the days=D dunno why my skol's so dead now,not joining all this anymore.Maybe its because of the unsupportive principle(Datin) lacing around doing nothing.Lucky im outta there.Even in the canteen,gals cant sit with guys to eat?How ridiculous is tat?The stairs,gals must use 1 and guys the other.Wow..unimaginable!But i still love all my years I've been in tat skol!SMK Bukit Jelutong!hehe^^now bout 2day=P another aunt invited my whole family 4 dinner cause she has her line dancing stuff going on.Boring!

Social Evil (my essay)^^

The most notorious social evil ever existed in mankind is racial segregation which is defined as a practice of restricting people to a certain circumscribed areas of residence or to separate institutions and facilities on the basis of race or alleged race. Racial segregation provides a means of maintaining the economic advantages and higher social status of politically dominant races. In fact, racial segregation has appeared in all multi-racial communities, except where racial amalgamation has occurred on a large scale in places such as Hawaii and Brazil. Generally, the government and media influences most social evils that ever took place. The government was seen to be out of touch with the real issues people face and to be ineffective at tackling social problems. The media was criticized for fueling negative and damaging attitudes and behaviors. Racial segregation clearly leads to cruelty unimaginable to those who did not face it. Therefore, racial segregation alone is able to cause commotions and destructions bigger than war.

Evidently, this social evil in the United States can lead to social, economic and political tensions. Back in history, the desire of many whites to avoid having their children attend integrated schools has been a factor in white flight to the suburbs. The United States of America was founded in the 1700s and slaves from Africa were used to work the lands. In 1804, most of the northern states in America banned slavery and wished the Southern states to do the same. However, the Southern states believed that slavery was right and part of their life; it was something they did not want to give up. The Southern states tried to leave America and the American Civil War began. President Abraham Lincoln led the North to victory over the South and in 1865 slavery was banned throughout the whole country. According to the 1847 Virginia Criminal Code, "Any white person who shall assemble with slaves, or free negroes, for the purpose of instructing them to read or write shall be punished by confinement in the jail and by fine". Under this code, Margaret Crittenden Douglass, a former slaveholder, was arrested, imprisoned and fined for teaching free blacks. Thankfully, all these ended as an official practice by efforts of civil rights activists such as Clarence Mitchell and Martin Luther King Jr where their efforts to stop the separation were effective. By 1968, all forms of segregation had been declared unconstitutionally by the Supreme Court. Recent studies shows that groups of homeowners of all races tend to self-segregate in order to be with people of the same education level and race. Many individuals tried to make everyone see the possibilities if all these did not happen, the effects and the future. Even singers like Michael Jackson wrote a song titled “Black or White” to convey a message that it does not matter which race you are. Somehow there are cases where people would be ashamed because their lineage is half of each race. Nowadays, African Americans plays a significant role as mayors, governors, state officials and recently, as the president of the United States where Barack Obama won the hearts of millions and made history, change is promised.

The Jews suffered a whole lot when the Christians and Muslims acted to segregate them. They are forced to wear distinctive clothings to segregate themselves from the Christians in 1204. Not only that, they are obligated to live in separate parts of town for they are considered as unclean creatures. Even going out when it rains is prohibited because the rain would wash the dirt of them which would sully the feet of the Mussulmans. If a Jew is recognized in the streets, he is subjected to the greatest insult. The passer-by would spit in his face and sometimes beat him up, unmercifully. If a Jew shows himself in the street during the three days of the Katel which is the Muharram, he is sure to be murdered without consideration. These are such forms of cruelty, a result of this social evil. In Germany, marriages between Jews and Aryan Germans are not allowed as it is classified as racial difference. In general, race is just defined as a person who has distinct physical characteristics.

During the ruling of the British in Malaysia before the Second World War, they separated the Malays, Chinese, and Indians to different territories. The Malays working on the paddy fields, Chinese people on the mining sites and the Indians on the oil palm plantations and the rubber estates. The main purpose behind those actions is to prevent the races from coming together and communicating to demand for independence. In connection to that, not all children are given education so that they won’t have any ideas about the rights the locals have on ruling their own country. Everybody especially the younger generation must respect and be sensitive towards the aspirations and the rights of others so that there is mutual understanding, which in turn will lead to a greater unity, quoted one of the Malaysian ministers. Racial, cultural and religious differences need not hinder Malaysians from being united but be binding factors to strengthen relationships among the various communities in the country.

As a conclusion, those who are being involved with racial segregation, even giving a slight contribution to it has lost their “moral compass”. This social is really not ineradicable and inevitable; it’s just that the knowledge isn’t there to guide a person to do the right thing. The phrase “social evil” has struck a chord with many people and tapped into their thoughts on the fundamental challenges where people are starting to realize the importance of having a strong foundation in the country which is staying united. As time goes on, history is simply avoided and the future will be kept bright as long as there is no interference with any of these issues. The past should stay as the past and the future be led by the younger generation who will strive on into success but taking note of the past issues just for knowledge so there isn’t any repetition to it.

Second week of college(13th to 17th)Hmm..evrything went on smoothly.Got a hold of accounts alrdy!I can understand,but need time to think of certain questions=P
My first english assignment would be an essay about 'Social Evil',so my topics would be racial segregation.On Thursday nite,Kavi + her mum & sis came over to my house for an over night since her dad n my dad's not at home.Daddy went to Genting for some kind of accounting seminar(thur to saturday).On friday after college,mummy and i went to Subang Parade to hang out or to pass time while waiting for my bro to take the train from his college to where we were.For dinner,we packed Nando's!Yummy,my fav=P So during my weekends,for the 1st time im cracking my head for what to write for my essay.Nvr been so stressed bout it>.< Saturday morning,i drove down to Klang with mummy to visit my grandma.2pm only we left for home.Guess there wasnt any hurry is there?At night,didnt go out for dinner.Instead,stayed at home to do my reseach on racial segregation.Phew!Done with it^^

Then comes sunday,the best part of it was only at night from 6pm to 11pm.Me and my family went to Shangri-La Hotel,KL to watch the Asian Dance Xplosion Competition.The 4 tickets were sponsored by my aunt..vry generous of her..hehe!So there was general dancing,hip hop,belly dancing and lyrical dancing?LOL..Dinner was an 8 course meal which started at 8.30!~consisting of (1)Hot and Cold Combination (2)Seafood Beancurd Soup (3)Deep Fried Chicken with Thai Sauce (4)Stewed Broccoli with assorted Mushrooms and Tau Kan (5)Deep Fried Garoupa with sweet and sour Sauce (6)Fried rice with minced chicken and Anchovies (7)Almond Beancurd with Longan (8)Chinese Pancake..hehe!Pics of it below!

Here comes the real deal!

6TH July-The beginning of a really new chapter in my life..college.After completing primary and secondary school,this is it!10.30am starts of with orientation until 2pm.
On this day i just made 1 fren~Abby~but i did talk a little with some..haha!

The next day,classes started alrdy!Computer science~Mr.Dale(10.30-11.45),Accounts~Mr.Saint Germain(11.45-1.00),and English~Mr.Stephen Wise(2.15-3.30)=D So this will be my daily routine.Accounts just too much for me to handle!What is tat?Somekind of subject from Mars to me@.@Hmm..on Thursday,HELLO Diva and Satheesh!Its been a vry long time,and now a reunion^^We're just college "neighbours".Been friends since primary skol..So,Evryday I'll be driving to college with my mum beside me n then she'll drive the car home again.When im done then she'll come then i'll take over the car=)Simple as tat..hehe=P

Friday,i stayed back in college till 5.30pm for a workshop(we,the newbies are suppose to attend 4 out of 8).During the session,Nat asked me out again..so wat i did was ask my dad through SMS.Haha!It worked anyway=)
Reached home at 6.15pm n rushed to get ready 4 nat to come pick me up..She drove us both to Sunway Pyramid to catch Iced Age 3in the cinema.Our movie starts at 9pm and ended at 10.45?Yeah..something like tat.Dinner b4 tat was at Subway(my 1st time eating there)So,this is such fun having a girl's night out!I would wanna do it often but depends le.Look at out Subway mess below..haha!Hmm..by the end of this week,my new friends are Jason(China),Yu Jin(Korea),Su Ping(local),Yi Ru(local),Natalia(local)..etc.Im not tat good in remembering names>.<
